Medium Rare Content Agency (MRCA) is seeking a full-time Associate Editor to join the team that produces the multi award-winning customer magazine for Bunnings Warehouse. The position is based in Sydney.

**What’s the role?**

An exceptional opportunity is available for a positive, experienced and motivated Associate Editor who is full of great ideas, passionate about DIY, deeply knowledgeable about home renovation and lifestyle content and eager to craft engaging editorial around Bunnings’ product offerings to drive brand awareness and sales.

You should have an exceptional eye for detail and love commissioning and producing quality content, for both print and online. You’ll be business savvy, a team player, highly organised, and prepared to take responsibility for ad hoc projects from concept through to finished product.

**Who you are**
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an editor across print, digital and/or social platforms
- Broad experience in commissioning, writing, subbing and editing, as well as organising and commissioning photo shoots
- Experience in project management and delivery
- Experience in working with clients and/or external stakeholders and meeting their needs
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- A thorough understanding of the processes and pressures of operating in a fast-paced editorial environment.
