We are seeking a Health Coach 2-3 days per week as a contractor. This is your chance to give back to Tasmania’s frontline workers by supporting their mental health and resilience. Our emergency services personnel dedicate their lives to helping others - now you can help them thrive.

**Our Purpose**
Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, manages a substantial portfolio, working with some of Australia’s largest organisations, including Australia’s top insurers, large Federal and State government departments and other key agencies including the Department of Veteran Affairs.

**Role Overview**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a contractor We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Health Coach to work with new and pre-existing clients in Launceston, Tasmania
- Can offer 2-3 days per week
- Provide evidence-based strategies to improve mental health, build resilience and promote overall wellbeing
- Work closely with other professionals including psychologists, counsellors and organisational stakeholders to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case notes adhering to professional standards and compliance requirements

**About You**
- Proven experience in mental health coaching, counselling or related fields
- Tertiary qualification & registration with AHPRA Provisional or full registration or ASORC or AASW
- Expertise in behavioural skills training and evidence-based approaches to mental health
- Proven ability to support individuals in high pressure environments particularly within the emergency services
- Current National Police Check
