**Responsibilities**:

- Manage wine list (Liaising with local wine makers and developing our Australian wine list and continuing to cultivate relationships that represent our business and values)
- Manage a small team and maintain standard of service
- Open and close venue
- Manage a small tasteful cocktail list
- Staff trainings
- Prepare food and drinks according to our standards
- Maintain a clean and organized venue
- Stock management
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

**Requirements**:

- 2 years management experience
- 3 years bar and wine experience
- WSET level 2 completion (or equivalent level experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
