The Role

Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Manufacturing Team Member to join our team at Crestmead. The permanent position could work between 32 and 40 hours per week depending on site needs. Reporting to the Manufacturing Team Leader, these roles support the production and delivery of milk-based products, of the highest quality to our customers.

Responsibilities- Supporting the production line- Proactively anticipating issues on the line and identifying solutions- Accurate completion and recording of all quality, testing, and production-related documents- Adhering to and recording company safety and quality policies and procedures- Contributing as a team player and sharing knowledge willingly- Actively seek development to continuously learn and participate in continuous improvement programs at the site

About you- FMCG manufacturing and/or warehousing logistics experience- Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist in troubleshooting machinery issues- Comfortable using technology for production, safety, quality, and reporting- Commitment to teamwork and safe working practices- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
