**The Role**

Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Manufacturing Team Member to join our team at Crestmead. This role ensures that all Production functions are carried out effectively, efficiently, and timely and delivers products safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with mínimal waste in the correct quantity when required.

**Responsibilities**
- Operating production machines and performing changeover processes.
- Working effectively and efficiently to reduce downtime
- Reporting safety incidents and maintenance requirements
- Ensure high quality and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Record production data and complete quality documentation accurately

**About you**
- Experience in a manufacturing /warehouse environment is desired
- Mechanical mindset with basic computer literacy skills
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a high-performing team.
- Forklift Licence will be well regarded
