Experienced Receptionist

**Receptionist - Part Time | Physiotherapy & Pilates Clinic**

Are you a friendly, motivated and organised person who loves helping people?
Perth Physio & Pilates is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our supportive team. We’re a hands-on clinic offering physiotherapy, rehab and Pilates, and pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients.

**About the Role**
- Part time position with flexible shifts during our opening hours: _8am - 7pm_.
- On-site at our Innaloo clinic.
- Be part of a small, positive and collaborative team of 5 physiotherapists.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing patient bookings and schedules.
- Taking payments and processing health insurance claims.
- Answering phones and handling patient enquiries.
- Assisting therapists and supporting daily clinic operations.
- Contributing to social media and marketing efforts (desirable).
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic environment.
- Providing exceptional customer service and patient care.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous reception or admin experience (healthcare preferred).
- Initiative, flexibility and a strong work ethic.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.
- Strong computer skills (social media skills a bonus).
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Willingness to try new things and help contribute to growing the business.
- Proactive and able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
