**About the Role**
St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced **Dietitian** to join our team on a **part-time basis for a 12-month fixed term** contract, with potential to extend or transition to casual or full-time employment.
In this varied role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based dietetic services across a diverse range of clinical areas, including:
- Acute inpatient (medical, surgical, critical care/ICU).
- Inpatient rehabilitation.
- Renal dialysis.
- Oncology.
- Day rehabilitation.
- Private outpatient services.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to **quality improvement and service development initiatives**, collaborating closely with our **Food Services/Catering Department** to enhance patient nutrition and satisfaction.
Working as part of a **supportive, multidisciplinary team**, you will enjoy a friendly and flexible environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
**About You**
You are a motivated and client-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment. You bring strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to improving patient outcomes.
As part of a small dietetic team, you will work both **independently** and collaboratively, providing support and supervision to less experienced staff, including Allied Health Assistants.

**Essential Criteria**
- Tertiary qualification in Dietetics from a recognised institution.
- Current full membership with **Dietitians Australia** as an **Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD).**:
- Demonstrated experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development (meeting Dietitians Australia CPD requirements).
- Ability to work autonomously as a solo clinician when required.
