Discount Party World have thousands of theme party ideas, tableware, birthday party decorations and variety of balloons. The company is growing rapidly and now we are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking people to join our team.

We need balloon arranger and visual merchandiser in our Taren Point store and Brookvale store. We are offering a few of casual roles. The applicant must be able to handle multi tasks and work efficiently.

About the Rolls of Retail assistant:

- Put stocks on shelves/ Stock merchandising/ Stock displaying
- Serving customer in person and on the phone
- Operating cash register independently
- Inflating balloons, assembling Balloon Arrangements - training can be provided
- Assist customers to place balloon orders and give customer suggestions on balloon design and arrangment
- Deliver balloons to customer by driving our AUTO company Van
- Cleaning the store (back & front)
- Be an expert on our products allowing you to make the best suggestions for the customer.

Job Requirements.
- Be able to travel to work at Taren Point or Brookvale
- Driver license
- Previous visual merchandising and customer service experience preferred
- Previouse Balloon shop experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and in the team
- Quick learner and work efficiently

**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $29.00 - $39.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Balloon arrangement: 2 years (preferred)
- Visual Merchandising: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian Driver License (required)
