We are working with a client based in Castle Hill who are expanding their service division and are seeking a **Service Technician** for under-bench Water filtration units.

This role is an on-road service role and will be conducted throughout _**Illawarra, Southern Highlands and the Southcoast areas.**_To be considered for the role we would require that you possess the below Skills / Traits.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Replacing filter cartridges in under bench water filtration unit
- Collection and disposal of units at the nominated points
- Attend various locations: Commercial, Government and Residential
- Carry out all work in a safe and effective manner - housekeeping
- Effective time management when on site to ensure all clients are serviced as per route
- Completion of safety assessment and job orders for each visit (App based)

**SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess a full driver's license and good knowledge of Illawarra, Southcoast and Southern Highlands areas
- Be handy and able to troubleshoot on the spot
- Have a friendly demeanor and be able to work with clients
- Ability to maintain a records management system with route details and work orders
- Well-presented and able to work successfully in multiple locations each day
- **Due to the places, you will work a National Police and WWC check will be required.**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Service technician: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
