1. Processing weekly billing

2. Attending to all billing enquiries

3. Performing bank reconciliation and chasing up debtors

4. Processing accounts payable invoices and weekly payment run

5. Assisting with payroll preparation

6. Assisting with producing management reports

7. Assisting with statutory reporting

8. Preparing month end journals

9. Performing balance sheet reconciliation and following up outstanding items

10. Performing administration and ad-hoc tasks

11. Handle superannuation and annual leave

12. Maintaining accurate data and system changes

13. Assist with month-end and payroll reporting

14. Being a key point of contact for all payroll queries

15. Superannuation, PAYG and Payroll Tax calculations, terminations, and payments.

16. Updating and maintaining payroll records.

17. Setting up new and maintaining existing employees.

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Payneham, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
