**About the Role**
We are currently looking for an Administration Officer to join our Guest Experience team at the Yawa Aquatic Centre in Rosebud. As an Administration Officer you will undertake a range of office-based tasks which support the outcomes of the organisations operational and strategic plans.
**To be successful in the role you will need**:
- At least two years’ experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively within a team environment
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Friendly, caring, compassionate and professional
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Proven ability to maintain boundaries and confidentiality
- Excellent communication with proven written and oral communication skills
- Advanced computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
- A high level of customer service skills
- Be a team player with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
**Your working week will look like**:
- Prepare detailed invoices and sales orders, acting as a liaison between the customer and third party clients.
- Prepare reports for Management and follow up out-standing debt for unpaid invoices
- Provide front line support by handling incoming customer phone calls and cover FOH staff breaks
- Follow up weekly Debit Success reports with Customers who have debt on their accounts.
- Action Weekly Active World Reports inline with business objectives.
- Working closely with the Guest Experience Coordinator & Manager in Continuous Improvement initiatives within the department/business.
- Run periodical reports to monitor open invoices, investigations and pricing accuracy.
- Develop a good understanding of our products and processes.

**About the Site**
Recently, the **Mornington Peninsula Shire Council** awarded **Belgravia Leisure** as the management company of their newest Aquatic & Recreation facility located in Rosebud. Construction of this state-of-the-art facility is due to be completed by late 2020. The aquatic and recreation centre will include a number of facilities that will benefit many of the local community including 50m indoor pool, warm water program pool, three multi-purpose rooms for health and fitness classes, gym, wellness centre, café, family change rooms, all with a high level of regard to disability access. Thus, ensuring that Belgravia Leisure continues its purpose and mission of “**connecting community to leisure**” and in turn providing every member of the community the opportunity to take advantage of this incredible facility.
