Your main responsibilities involve upholding cleanliness, including dishware, utensils, and workspaces, all while strictly adhering to hygiene standards. You are an integral part of the kitchen team, collaborating seamlessly to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our valued guests. **What you will be doing**: - Maintain impeccable hygiene while cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other kitchen equipment, using both commercial dishwashers and manual cleaning methods - Carry out rubbish removal, sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors - Disinfect and clean, ensuring the proper sequence of chemical usage - Provide valuable support to our kitchen team, including various tasks such as basic food preparation, grating, peeling, chopping, and preparing batters, garnishes, and seasonings. **Qualifications** Your experience and skills include**: - Having practical experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is a plus - Have an enthusiastic "can-do" attitude and a positive and motivated demeanour - You thrive working within a diverse team in a fast-paced environment - Flexible availability to accommodate various shifts, including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required **Additional Information** - Time management skills with the ability to multitask - Strong personal integrity - Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high level of energy - Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members - Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
