**Company**:
Our client is a leading architectural design firm known for their sustainable designs. Sustainability is at the core of everything they do and is considered in every element of their designs, including concept, materials, and even the size and orientation of windows. They are leaders in innovation, with their own in-house research centre that uses parametric design software and AI to produce designs and analyse the environmental impact of different elements and design options.

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an Experience Architectural Graduate, with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience to join the team. You will have the ability to work directly with the Directors, working on projects from end to end, including all the way through CA on traditional contracts.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is the consummate architect, the person who lives, breathes and dreams architecture, who sees design is as much in the smallest details as it is in the overall concept.

This is the ideal opportunity for anyone looking to get Registered. Firstly you will get end-to-end experience, and be able to take a primary role throughout the projects, secondly, a lot of their work in traditional contracts so you will get the CA exposure you are unlikely to get in other firms.

You will get the opportunity to be part of some Brisbane leading projects and have exposure to a range of sectors and building typologies, including working on Stadiums for the 2032 Brisbane Olympics An opportunity like this does not come around every day. Those who are fortunate enough to work at this firm always have an array of outstanding projects in their folios.

**About you**:
This is a true design firm, to be successful you need to be passionate about architecture and design. You live, breathe and dream architecture and design, someone who sees it as a calling and not just a profession.

We are looking for people with a natural design eye, ideally, you have always been creative and artist and still draw and paint in your spare time and naturally gravitate towards hand sketching. On the other hand, you will need also to love modern design tools and playing with designs in parametric design software and Revit Plugins (eg Rhino, Grasshopper, Ladybug Tools) and AI programming (Dynamo etc).

Like all great designers, you will have a perfectionist trait, a drive and a desire to create the best design outcomes both from concept to detailing. Balancing this, with a few years of experience you should have also learnt how to balance the best design outcomes with time management, and the best way to achieve great outcomes with the time permitted and the fee in mind. By now, you understand the business of architecture as much as you understand the principles and process of great design.
