Due to our expanding client base we are currently seeking a FIFO SMP Supervisor on a 3/1 roster on 12 hour days.

**Job Description**:
Our client is requiring an expansion of their current processing facility based in Kalgoorlie. Scope of works is construction of a Feed Hood Building and Waste Gas Treatment (WGT) facility on site.

We are requiring an experienced SMP Supervisor for the below tasks:

- 5-10 years’ experience with site installation of structural steel, pipework and mechanical equipment (carbon steel, stainless steel and HDPE).
- Experience with Dual Crane Lifts
- Experience supervising SMP Trades as well as Riggers and Scaffolders
- Experience with the installation of gas pipeline facilities, preferably compressor stations, power generators and rotating machinery will be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with assessing and implementing safe work activities in challenging and evolving conditions
- Work as part of a team and provide leadership to team members
- Be prepared to accept guidance and provide input to achieve the best method of construction

**Qualifications**:

- Structural, Piping or Mechanical Trade or a similar certified qualification
- Previous experience leading teams
- Previous experience Rigging
- White Card
- Current Australian C class manual drivers licence
- Section 44
- Strong safety leadership skills
- Solid work management and planning work ethic
