Due to growth in the business we are currently seeking an experienced and versatile SMP Supervisor to join our team in Perth Metro.
- Experience leading and providing guidance for a team of minimum 10 Trade employees
- 5-10 years site experience working with previous experience
- Demonstrated experience with assessing and implementing safe work activities in challenging and evolving conditions.
- Work as part of a team and provide leadership to team members
- Be prepared to accept guidance and provide input to achieve the best method of construction
- Ability to start immediately

**Qualifications**
- Relevant Trade Certifications
- Ability to pass a Medical and Lab Drug and Alcohol test
- White card/ Blue Card
- Current and valid C class drivers licence
- Previous experience leading teams
- Strong safety leadership skills
- Solid work management and planning work ethic
