Fast forward to today and we serve millions of loyal customers as the world's largest Australian café chain.

**The Opportunity**:
The Coffee Club is soon to open our flagship Charlotte Street store in Brisbane CBD and we’re after an experienced Venue Manager to be part of this exciting project. With an architecturally designed art-deco fit out and a premium food and beverage offering; this is an opportunity to make your mark on an iconic Australian brand at a pivotal moment in our story.

The Venue Manager will lead and take full responsibility for the overall operations and performance of the Charlotte St store. The Venue Manager is a 'hands-on' position and requires you to be a motivator and mentor to our flagship TCC Charlotte Street team, furthering the performance of the store and developing the talent of The Coffee Club family.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operations - Maintain the Cafe to a high standard of service and presentation;
- Outstanding Service - Promote service excellence and uphold service standards within the Café at all times;
- Leadership - Provide clear development plans for each Cafe employee, promoting retention and employee growth;
- Cost Control - Full accountability for all profit and loss results with a focus on revenue increase;
**What We're Looking For**:
We are looking for a hospitality professional with a proven track record of leading a team of people. You must have a fun personality, a hard-working attitude, and impeccable attention to detail. You will have a passion for showcasing the best coffee and hospitality experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior management experience in the hospitality industry within leading hospitality establishments;
- Experience writing and costing rosters and analysing financial reports;
- Success in implementing business development initiatives to drive Café performance;
- Prior experience motivating, mentoring, and developing talent of all levels;
- Proven experience translating brand standards into operational action;
- A hands-on approach and a professional investment in the business' results and achievements
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Full and unrestricted work rights in Australia
