As the Strategic Partner Account Manager, you will drive for establishing, managing and growing Acronis' presence within existing and new service provider partners. You will work in close collaboration with the sales managers and leader at each of our service providers with the specific objective of increasing Acronis' revenue, customer base and market share within their business. The Strategic Partner Account Manager role is ideal for a top seller with strong strategic and tactical sales management skills. It requires a sales lead who can balance short-term sales activities with long-term strategic initiatives. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** - Create mindshare, define and enable new & existing Strategic channel partners to position & sell Acronis products. - Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual quota and provide weekly reporting of pipeline and forecasts using automation tools - Salesforce - Responsible for recruitment, development, onboarding, identify and prioritize top accounts and close large strategic deals in Australia. - Existing experienced and proven success with IT channel. - Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to obtain new strategic partners, through cold calling and other channels - 90% Hunter / 10% Farmer. - Accountability for sales quota, execution of goals and objectives related to recruiting new MSP accounts. - Building in-depth knowledge of clients' technical and business priorities, challenges and initiative that can be translated into IT solution opportunities. - Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows and events. - 50% Travel required - mostly interstate **WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)** - Minimum of 5+ years' experience recruiting and managing service provider partners.
