We have an exciting opportunity available for a superstar retail manager who is ready to grow their career in a rapidly expanding brand. The position is to manage our Parafield location.

As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the site, including customer experience, workplace culture, daily operations & financial results.

You will need to train, develop and drive the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.

You will be integral in ensuring food is prepared, presented and served to the highest quality & standard.

You will be passionate about building a positive culture, focused on exceptional customer service & team bonding

You will be responsible for meeting set KPIs and targets

You will be proactive with implementing and executing local marketing plans for your location

Pay: $76,550.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Qualifications: (required)
- MBA (Master of business admiration)
- Hospitality Diploma or related qualifications
