**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Increase sales of products, expand customer base and reach the targets and goals for the store and the set area;
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate reposition and ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, customer and satisfaction business growth;
- Integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g. promotions, product launches, promotions, advertising, existing customer referral system and telemarketing;
- Respond and follow up sales inquiries on the phone and face-to-face with customers in the most efficient, timely and professional manner;
- Report to upper management with periodic sales reports, sales trend analyses and market insight;
- Organize showroom layout, and maintain the condition of showroom and display products;
- Arrange, or present for site visit, handover, delivery of products, follow up customers after delivery to the customers’ full satisfaction;
- Ensure both store and store facility are fully functional and operate smoothly;
- Maximize the efficiency and utility outcome of the CRM system;
- Implement the sales and after-sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance;
- Support the implementation and development of new retail projects.

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills;
- Previous sales experience with a proven record of hitting and exceeding targets;
- Ability to learn all aspects of our products and services;
- Strong computer skills;
- Confidence in working in an autonomous, but supportive and collaborative environment to ultimately grow sales;
- A valid driver's license;
- Confidence to follow up leads, visit sites, and deliver real service;
- Relevant experience in spa & pool industry would be advantageous;
- A forklift licence or willingness to obtain one would also be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
