Dejaxo in Swanbourne is looking for an experienced customer service-based worker to join our team. You will be working closely with the Assistant Manager and Supervisor to learn the ins and outs of the store.

The duties that will be required include, but are not limited to;
- Customer service & learning product knowledge
- Cash handling/till counting
- Assisting with opening and closing of the store, with progression to being capable of opening/closing with other non-management team members
- Assisting with daily & weekly ordering of products from our bakehouse and also external suppliers
- General cleaning of the store
- Basic coffee work with the ability for progression. Previous experience is not required but a willingness to learn is, we will provide necessary training in store and with our coffee supplier at their training academy.
- Some basic food prep may be required

Prior customer service experience is an absolute must for this position.

This position has around 30hrs-up to 36hrs per week on offer, we are hiring under part time employment which comes with sick pay and annual leave entitlements accrued.

Open shifts are a 6am start, with the store opening at 6.30am. Store closes at 6pm and finish time is 6.30pm. We also have a gelato store that is linked to the bakery that operates until 9pm. Shifts range from 6-8hrs per day. We operate 7 days a week, all year round and the only day we close is Christmas Day, however we do run reduced hours on Public Holidays.

We are a family-owned artisan bakery with a production warehouse located in Malaga where all of our beautiful products are made and delivered fresh daily. We have an amazing plastic free milk system that we source locally from North Dandalup and have a growing following of customers that come to us just for milk. We use this beautiful product to make our own yoghurt, gelato and also lactose free milk. We have a range of breads, pastries, cakes, pies and savoury items, along with a display cabinet of grab and go rolls and wraps.

**Salary**: $21.09 - $25.00 per hour
