Duttons Adelaide Hills have just added Isuzu UTE which joins Subaru, Volkswagen, GWM Haval and Used Vehicle sales at our state of the art showroom and Dealership complex. This has opened a great opportunity for a focused sales professional to join Duttons.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent sales consultant who will complement and strengthen our established, awarding winning sales team. Duttons are proud of being a highly successful 73-year-old, local South Australian family-owned business. Our 3 Dealerships in the Murraylands and Mount Barker provide solid foundations of 9 strong, top ten franchises being Ford, Mazda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Subaru, Volkswagen, GWM Haval and now Isuzu UTE

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Deliver against assigned business and pipeline goals (sales KPI’s) while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience to customers and prospects;
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with customers;
- Understanding the flexibility required working in the automotive industry;
- Generate leads and enquiries through active and creative prospecting methods;
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies.

**Essential qualities and skills will be**:

- Be professional, ambitious, confident and have high levels of self-motivation and drive;
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking and analytical skills.
- Have a high level of personal presentation; with excellent people skills and an innate ability to be intuitive to client’s needs;
- Passion for sales and the automotive industry, with sales and automotive experience preferable;
- Proactive, organized, and responsible with a demonstrated ability to work well with a team;
- A willingness to attend training programs and maintain sound knowledge on vehicles;
- Demonstrated computer skills and a current driver’s licence.
