**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care assistance, including help with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
- Assist with social and community activities to enhance client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members.

Qualifications:

- Experience in disability support or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR) are an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
