**About this role**:
A high-end Design and Building Company that specializes in modular homes and commercial buildings that are innovative, sustainable and beautiful is looking for a client-facing Sales & Design Consultant.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the face of the company and first point of call
- Schedule and facilitate client on-site consultations
- Guide potential clients through the display suites and manufacturing facilities, educating on the design process
- Provide strong knowledge of the building and design processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximise sales opportunities
- Facilitate and attend client consultations with in-house Architects

**Skills and Experience**
- Good communicator and ability to sell concepts
- Experience in design/architecture or solid understanding of planning and building processes
- Showroom sales or presentation experience
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
