Job Description - Barista / All-Rounder

We’re looking for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our team at Pool Coffee. This role is perfect for someone who loves the café environment, enjoys being hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing consistently high-quality espresso coffee and cold drinks
- Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Assisting across all areas of the café (taking orders, running food, clearing tables, cash handling)
- Supporting the team with set-up, pack-down, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Following food safety, hygiene, and uniform standards

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1-2 years barista experience in a busy café environment
- Confidence in dialing in grinders, handling high volume, and maintaining quality under pressure
- **Ability to work solo on the machine managing at least 6-9 kg of coffee per day**:

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- **Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude**:

- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
- **A genuine passion for coffee, food, and customer service**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.95 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
