- Multiple opportunities for full-time or part-time fixed term contracts until 31 December 2025, based in the People Central team in People, Talent & Culture at 101 Currie Street
- Salary Band: $78,975 - $93,298 pro rata per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

**About You**

You are a dedicated Human Resources professional with experience providing advice to staff and managers in a large, complex organisation. You are an innovative problem solver, who can use technology and systems to provide solutions and improve processes. Experience with Service Cloud, and the University’s HR systems would be advantageous. You have impeccable communication skills and a deep commitment to excellence in service delivery and contributing to a positive team environment.

**About the Role**

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related discipline or demonstrated relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in delivering accurate and professional HR advice and solutions to managers and staff in a large organisation including policy advice and interpretation, industrial relations, and performance management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability in providing quality customer service through multiple customer contact channels
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR related procedures and administrative systems
