**Contract: 3 year Contract + extensions**

Defence is currently looking for an experienced Delivery Lead with significant experience translating complex customer requirements and constraints into high-performing, scalable enterprise ICT functional solution especially in large, complex organisations.

You will have deep experience in the implementation of complex SAP S4HANA Supply Chain Management domain within a Commonwealth environment with demonstrated knowledge of and experience in Australian Defence Supply Chain Management domain, including the Defence ERP Program's drivers and requirements.

**Key Responsibilities for the Role**:
The Delivery Lead - Supply Chain Management will utilise previous complex domain SAP delivery experience and knowledge to support Solution Delivery of the Defence ERP solution including but not limited to:

- Responsible for assuring and supporting the related functional domain delivery of ERP Program enterprise component across Tranche 1, 2 and 3 by SIs and Delivery Partners, ensuring outcomes are aligned to stakeholder requirements, program schedule and the ERP Program governance framework.
- Be accountable and responsible for engaging and managing Defence teams responsible for delivery of activities for the remainder of Tranche 1, 2 and future Tranches including release preparation, requirements gathering, data remediation, construction and reconciliation, user acceptance testing, program reference architecture and overall solution acceptance.
- Plan and coordinate across the Program Phase cycles utilise in depth Process Domain knowledge including the resolution of complex design and functional issues to support Tranche 1, 2 and 3 release activities with a particular focus on balancing the quality of proposed functional solutions with ERP design principles, service quality, and systems management considerations.
- Be responsible for providing SAP Functional domain specialist advice with regard to capabilities of existing and emerging SAP solutions and of third-party product add-ons using Domain information, including cross-stream integration points.
- Providing SAP Enterprise specialist advice and project management including people management ensuring transparency, collaboration and alignment with endorsed Program methods, tools and processes supporting a high level of data quality and associated deliverables/work products are fit for purpose.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
The Delivery Lead - Supply Chain Management must have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Minimum 10 years of proven team leadership experience, preferable across a range of SAP Solution Delivery Team Lead roles such as Project Management, Functional Team Leadership
- Demonstrated deep understanding of SAP Best Practice business processes and optimised SAP solution design from an end user perspective as well understanding of best practice design and architecture that optimizes the end user experience.
- It is essential that this resource has worked extensively within the SAP T3 - Source to Distribute (StD) functional domain and has strong communication skills enabling a clear description of the solution to key business stakeholders.
