Wagga Wagga, Australia Greenline Full time

**Introduction**:
If you love turning great ideas into campaigns that genuinely make a difference, this is your chance. Greenline’s projects shape schools, parks, and communities across Australia, and we’re looking for a hands-on marketing specialist to help tell that story.
About Greenline
Greenline designs and builds shade structures and shelters that bring people together. From schools and councils to sporting clubs, our work creates spaces where people can grow, connect, and thrive. You’ll join a close-knit, down-to-earth team that values clarity, action, and celebrating success, and you’ll see the tangible impact of your work every day.
The Role
Greenline is looking for a capable all-rounder ready to take ownership of campaigns, content, and digital activity that drive brand growth and lead generation.
From day one, we need someone who can confidently step into the role with solid hands-on experience — particularly in campaign execution, content creation, and using tools like HubSpot to drive and measure results.
You’ll plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing that helps position Greenline as a trusted partner for communities across Australia.
**Description**:
What You’ll Do
Create engaging content across blogs, case studies, social media, and the website to bring the Greenline story to life
Manage end-to-end multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, partnerships) from concept through to delivery and performance analysis
Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing activity aligns with business goals and supports lead generation
Collaborate with creative and media partners to strengthen brand authority and increase visibility
Contribute to the development of the annual Marketing Strategy and take ownership of its execution
Track, report and analyse marketing activity, using insights to drive optimisation and ROI
**Skills and Experiences**:
What You’ll Bring
Proven B2B marketing experience with strong campaign execution and lead generation results.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create content across multiple formats.
Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and suppliers.
Commercially minded, data-driven, and performance-focused.
Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and marketing optimisation is highly regarded.
Why Join Greenline?
At Greenline, the work you do has a visible impact in the spaces we build and the communities we support.
You’ll enjoy clear progression pathways and access to professional development, coaching, and mentoring to help you grow personally and professionally. You’ll gain direct exposure to senior leaders, building your strategic capability while developing your craft. This is a role where you’ll help shape how we grow and have the freedom to test, learn, and improve.
We take our work seriously, but not ourselves, and value a culture built on leadership, trust, and excellence.
Ready to make an impact?
If you’re looking for a role where your work makes a real difference, where you can grow with the business and being a part of a collaborative, growth-focused team is important to you, we’d love to hear from you.
