**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Insights, Data & Analytics, this is a key senior leadership role responsible for leading and developing a multi-disciplinary management team across our four key Hub streams: Enablement, Data Products, Data Platforms, and Analytics Solutions.

You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping and delivering our data and analytics optimisation roadmap, building team capability, and ensuring our data practices align with strategic business goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-first leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about delivering impact through data.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Lead the Hub management team and ensure strong delivery across all streams to support Officeworks’ strategic initiatives
- Champion agile ways of working, aligning resource capacity and capability to priority outcomes
- Guide the roadmap for data and analytics optimisation and solution delivery
- Support best practices in data governance, development, platform operations, and product lifecycle management
- Drive commercial value and innovation through the use of human-centred design principles and collaboration
- Foster a collaborative culture that supports team growth, engagement, and clear career development paths
- Partner with internal business units and external strategic partners to deliver high-impact solutions
- Ensure safety, wellbeing, and alignment with Officeworks values in everything you do

**This is a hybrid role based out of our Chadstone Support Office 3 days a week.**

**About you**:
You’re an experienced leader in the data and analytics space with a strong understanding of how to drive business outcomes through technology, insights and people. You’re commercially savvy, love mentoring others, and are comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.

You’ll bring:

- 10+ years’ experience in data and analytics, with 2-5+ years in a senior leadership role
- A degree in a quantitative field such as business, statistics, science, or engineering
- Strong people leadership skills with a passion for coaching and capability building
- Proven experience managing complex analytics projects and data product lifecycles
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of tools such as PowerBI, Jira, Confluence, Snowflake, AWS, dbt
- Experience in retail, agile ways of working, and human-centred design is highly regarded
