This is for a Boys Catholic College located in Melbourne’s South East, who are currently looking for experienced Administrative Team Leader to join their friendly and supportive admin team. This role reports into the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating and oversee the administrative team
- Overseeing the 2 reception areas
- Providing the administrative support to the Assistant Principals and Business Manager
- Administration tasks relating to staff recruitment
- Coaching, supporting and providing regular feedback to the administration team
- Providing admin support to 2 senior members of staff through; diary coordination, events coordination etc
- Other duties as required
**About you**
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong written and verbal communicator, must be adaptable to different levels of stakeholders
- Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines when there are competing priorities
- Strong relationship management skills
- Well-developed skills in leading, supervising and developing staff.
- Well-developed computer skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a role similar
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) a WWCC and police check
