**About Austin Health Pathology**

Austin Health Pathology provides service to not only Austin Health and the co-located Mercy Hospital for Women, but also to numerous GPs and Specialists in the metropolitan and the regional community.

We are currently expanding into the Hume, Loddon Mallee and Goulburn Valley areas of regional Victoria, with laboratories currently in Shepparton, Mildura, Echuca and Swan Hill, and a point-of-care network including Castlemaine, Kerang, Kyneton, Seymour, Cohuna and Kyabram.

Austin Health Pathology is committed to providing high quality patient care through routine and complex diagnostic services, expert advice and support for teaching and research.

**About the role**

The Pathology Logistics Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the logístical operations within the Austin Health Pathology network. The successful applicant will ensure specimens, supplies, and information are transported safely, accurately, and on time to support vital diagnostic services, while also managing a team of couriers to deliver an efficient and reliable service. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

**About you**

As the Logistics Manager, You will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. You’ll bring energy and drive to your work, and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring with you:

- Experience in logistics and courier operations
- Experience in fleet, vendor and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
