**About Us**:
The Sarapan is a Halal Malaysian café in Perth serving authentic, home-style brunch with heart. We're a small but passionate team, and we're looking for someone reliable and energetic to join our front-of-house crew.

**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a barista who can also assist with general front-of-house duties. You’ll be the face of our café — warmly welcoming customers, preparing coffee, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service. This role includes early morning starts, and you must be comfortable with opening and closing responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Greet and serve customers in a warm, efficient manner
- Take orders and operate the POS system
- Deliver food and clear tables promptly
- Open and close the café as required
- Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house environment
- Restock supplies and assist with basic prep when needed
- Clean and sanitise customer toilets and staff areas as part of closing duties
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and support team operations

**Requirements**:

- Barista experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Ability to multitask, work alone, and under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
- Willingness to do cleaning duties, including toilets
- Availability to work at least one weekend day
- Full working rights in Australia
