Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is looking for a dynamic and experienced Vehicle Buyer / Valuer to join our high-performing Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Team. **In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Managing the internal processes of vehicle valuations, ensuring the dealership achieves the best possible pricing.
- Assisting the Senior Buyer/Valuer and Sales Manager to achieve gross profit targets through accurate vehicle valuations and negotiation strategies.
- Purchasing vehicle stock from reputable wholesalers while maintaining strong profit margins.
- Actively sourcing stock from private and commercial sources.
- Supporting the Sales Executives with all activities related to the trade-in of vehicles.
- Collaborating with the New Car Sales team to achieve strong trade ratio results.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in car sales
- Experience valuing and purchasing vehicles, ideally in a prestige environment
- A team player with the ability to thrive within a close-knit sales team
- Target-driven with strong negotiation skills, ensuring optimal prices for the dealership
- A current QLD driver’s license is essential
