Excellent opportunity in the construction industry for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with Fleurieu Cranes.

**About the Opportunity**

If you are an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer looking for a fulfilling role within the construction industry, then this is the role for you.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will sought to perform accounts duties, primarily invoicing and debt collection while working alongside the Group Financial Accountant and Accounts Team to assist the General Manager within the Fleurieu Cranes Group.

Responsibilities will include:

- Process accurately all accounts receivable transactions for customers in accordance with group policy
- Forecasting receipts
- Prepare and send invoices, statements and credit notes and adjustments
- Review outstanding debtors and provide information to the Finance Manager
- Assist other members of the Finance team as appropriate and directed with the resolution of issues or completion of deliverable
- Ensure banking and allocation processes are completed in a timely manner ensuring accuracy in processing/unallocated monies/contra's
- Managing and collecting outstanding debt

This role is permanent full time and will be based at Fleurieu Cranes' Head Office at Wingfield.

You will have/be:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
- A keen eye for detail
- An ability to work independently
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Confident to prioritise and organise your work while managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- You will be a team player and accustomed to helping where needed

Previous experience with MYOB is desirable but not essential.
