Do you enjoy working with a range of people and businesses? As a Procurement Officer for Mammoet you will be developing and maintaining a network of vendors to ensure we can source the best and most cost-effective goods in line with our business objectives. Reporting to our Business Services Manager, this position will play a key role in rolling out Mammoet’s new global purchasing process.

WHAT YOUâLL BE DOING:

- Sourcing and managing all aspects of purchasing
- Analyzing and identifying project requirements
- Ensuring purchasing flawlessly supports project execution
- Selecting vendors and negotiating terms
- Ensuring goods and services are purchased in line with business objectives
- Create and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Work with the Global Procurement Director

WHAT YOUâLL NEED:

- Expert level experience in negotiation. Professional level experience in contract management, project management and purchasing systems.
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
- SAP experience advantageous but not essential
- A self-starter who demonstrates initiative and is results driven
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
- 3 years of relevant work experience in a technical setting. Relevant project management and/or construction organization experience is sought after and will be considered transferable
