**About the Role**

Reporting to the Clerical Chief, this role is responsible for managing the delivery of patient medical and account records to Jones Radiology patients, referrers, and other external stakeholders. This is a constantly expanding role with growth and development opportunities.

As part of the Clerical Team, this role:

- provides a high standard of customer service to patients, referrers and third parities
- builds strong and cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- maintains, manages and delivers patient records in a timely and confidential manner

This integral role enables Jones Radiology to deliver exceptional, high-quality services to patients, referrers and other external stakeholders by providing professional, caring, and friendly customer support.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- Understanding of and ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent attention to detail, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of medical imaging terminology and procedures is desirable but not essential
