**Qualifications and experience**

**Essential**
- Good sound mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in engine maintenance
- Hold a valid Drivers License
- Hold a valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) or be able to obtain one
- Must be able to obtain a police background check
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Must have the scope and interest in undertaking a leadership role in the workshop.

**Desirable**
- Car or heavy vehicle maintenance background desired
