**What you will be doing**
- Reporting directly to the Manager, Strategy and Risk, this role will be responsible for:

- Contributing to the development and implementation of the VEC's regulatory priorities and strategies in relation to political funding, disclosure and registration.
- Leading or supporting projects that address key regulatory risks and compliance issues.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to evaluate risks and regulatory trends.
- Preparing clear, strategic reporting and advice to inform senior leadership and improve regulatory practices.
- Supporting business continuity and continuous improvement initiatives across the Strategy and Risk team.

- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess data, identify trends and inform decision-making
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on collaboration and influencing outcomes
- Proven experience in managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
