Willows Care provides disability support services through connecting people with their communities. We currently provide services in the ACT, Queanbeyan and surrounding areas. Through our services, we aim to contribute to and support the health and wellbeing of participants, while assisting them in education and development of life skills. Willows Care is an NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) service provider, providing individualised services to people of all ages and backgrounds.

**Qualifications & experience**
- You will need:

- A valid driver’s license
- Current First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- WWVP
- Cert 3 or 4 or higher qualification
- National Criminal History Check

We are looking for experienced female support workers who can work with clients with complex care needs. You need to be flexible with the working hours.

**Tasks & responsibilities**

Assisting participants with high and low care supports as well as behavioural support needs.

These duties can include:

- Hygiene facilitation
- Mobility support
- Domestic Duties
- Attending social events
- Willing to use own car for work purpose

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

All staff are required to be up to date with their COVID vaccinations and maintain COVID safe practices and follow COVID safe measures.

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
