One of Australia's major cultural collecting institutions and custodian of Queensland's memory, State Library of Queensland supports a vibrant state-wide network of more than 320 public libraries and Indigenous Knowledge Centres.
As Service Analyst Officer, you will be a key member of the Business Engagement team responsible for administering desktop management solutions and technical support to State Library staff and clients.
- Administering the Desktop Management service/solution for ICT devices, and facilitating the preparation and distribution of end user technologies, including computers and telecommunications equipment utilising a mix of open source and contemporary support and management systems
- Delivering State Library's public PC booking and printing service through management of the core Managed Operating Environments as well as the underlying support systems and services
- Contributing to business improvement activities ensuring relevant policies, procedures and guidelines meet best practice and State Library requirements. This includes a continuous improvement cycle for feedback, raising concerns and generating solutions

There are no mandatory requirements for this role, however qualifications in Cyber Security, ITIL, Microsoft, AWS frameworks or toolsets would be highly regarded.
