**The Opportunity**

HCA is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our Remanufacturing Team, based at our Muswellbrook Facility, this role will involve coordinating and supplying high-quality parts to internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery while consistently meeting and surpassing targets.

**Reporting to the Remanufacturing Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Safe and efficient operations of the Remanufacturing parts warehouse
- Maintaining parts inventories in line with current and future demand in consultation with Reman Planning team.
- Liaise with corporate office, manufacturer and/or supplier on matters pertaining to customers, parts availability, parts provisioning, product.
- Sourcing parts externally as required
- Initiating and review of parts invoices and stock receipts and resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies
- Updating and maintain computer records including MS Dynamics
- Safe storage and distribution of parts to our branch network

**To be successful you will**:

- Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
- Have previous experience in a parts environment
- A developed mechanical understanding
- High level of computer literacy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be highly advantageous
