**About the role**

As a Retail Assistant at Cash Converters, you will work in a down to earth environment surrounded by equally awesome colleagues that are passionate about exceeding customer expectations. Bring your unique self to the retail floor and buys counter and put your personal passions into practice as you sell our diverse range of products to our equally diverse and loyal customer base and work your magic to achieve a win-win outcome for us and the customer on the items they come to flip

- To be a problem solver that can think on your feet and outside the box
- An open and nonjudgmental approach when meeting our diverse customer needs
- A motivated and upbeat self starter that sees you seeking out challenges and striving to be the best
