**Butcher |Meat - Manager | Meat Packer**

 
We have immediate in-store positions available Glenelg South store.

 As an experienced Butcher will have a customer centric approach, with excellent merchandising skill to further enhance the meat product offering within the Romeo's store, with the view to achieve or better budget.  As a leader, you will be responsible for the people management aspects including setting of the roster, training and development.

**Butcher** - will be trade qualified, who will know their craft, be a team player and have excellent customer service skills.   The role will maintain the department in accordance with all food handling standards, merchandising product, whilst maximising sales. 

  

**Meat Manager** - will have a customer centric approach, with excellent merchandising skill to further enhance the meat product offering within the Romeo's store, with the view to achieve or better budget.  As a leader, you will be responsible for the people management aspects including setting of the roster, training and development. 

**Meat Packer** - assist the butchering team with packing, wrapping and labelling of products in preparation for merchandising within the cabinets/fridges. The team member will be a team player and work well with others.
