Our NSW regional operations provide a full range of services including comprehensive on and offsite fabrication and mechanical services.Monadelphous is seeking an SMP Supervisor with CHPP shutdown and Maintenance experience to join our NSW Operations on a permanent basis.This is a local role which will see you working Mon-Fri, 10hr days across various sites in and around Singleton and Muswellbrook.You will carry out a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews from 3-10 people on maintenance and shutdown projects. Ensure all work is on schedule to required quality & client specifications.**Why Us?**

**What you will bring**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising CHPP shutdown and Maintenance works.
- Australian recognised Trades qualification - Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker preferred but not essential.
- The drive to get hands on and lead by example.
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet project requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site.
- Willingness to learn.
- Problem Solver.
- Open Drivers Licence.
- Proof of Right to work in Australia.
