**What Will You Do?**
- Follow up on WARM leads from potential clients making their way to BizCover. Branch out to take inbound enquiries with confidence.
- Utilise the knowledge from your training to ensure clients find the right cover for their businesses.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience Maintain clear communication whether the interaction results in a sale or not.
- Drive sales and strive to meet KPIs that reflect our commitment to excellence.

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- Recent graduates with a background in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
- ❤️ A genuine interest in the insurance industry and a desire to support small businesses.
- Stellar teamwork and communication skills over the phone and in writing
- Demonstrated leadership potential and strong problem-solving abilities.
