Your Impact

**About our Centre**:
75 Place Service - Open from 6.30 am to 6.30 pm
We care for children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years of age
Purpose-built, featuring five large rooms
We are a well-resourced centre
On-site cook who provides tasty and nutritious meals
Team of friendly and qualified educators who are all passionate about providing high-quality early learning
Strong and supportive leadership team

**About you**: We are looking for someone who is innovative, fun, up-to-date with current research and must be someone who enjoys mentoring and supporting their fellow educators and have high quality standards.

You’ll help achieve this by

Having a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or Studying towards your Bachelor
Having the desire to be part of a team
Being a role model to other educators, offering coaching, support, and mentoring
Having the passion to develop, implement and evaluate educational programs, whilst documenting every child’s learning development
Having experience working with children with big behaviours
Having excellent knowledge of the Early Years Framework
Having strong communication skills, both written & verbal
