**The Division you will be part of**
**Tutt Bryant Equipment** is the organisations’ Equipment Sales & After-Sales Support (Parts & Service) division. As a national multi-franchise distributor of earthmoving and construction equipment, Tutt Bryant Equipment exclusively represents a number of global brands in Australia. In addition to capital equipment sales, Tutt Bryant Equipment supports its customers in the provision of spare parts, consumables, mechanical service, repairs and other support functions.
**About the role**:
Tutt Bryant Equipment - NSW Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator. Although we are currently located in Chester Hill, we will be moving to the South West in the coming year.
**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Service Work order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing.
- Purchase order and invoice processing.
- Daily Time Sheet preparation
- Compile information required for internal & external audits.
- Workshop Stock Control
- Assist in other general Service administration tasks.
**What would make you successful in this role?**
- Previous experience in a similar Admin role will be a distinct advantage.
- Invoicing experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
