**About these Positions**

In this position, you will work as a member of our Field Team. Every morning we meet at our head office in Huntingdale. During the day you will work on a range of projects to deliver our clients top-quality work every time. Regular projects include the installation of underground electrical and communication conduits and pits.

Picture busy days that will involve reading and working off plans, locating underground services, operating a range of digging machinery (Excavators, Directional Drills, small under-road Borers, etc.), and hand digging This role can be physical, so is best suited to an individual who likes to work outdoors.

**Selection Criteria**
- An HR, HC, MC, or MR Licence (or willingness to gain one before you start)
- Sound verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good Problem-Solving skills - you will think through problems faced on site and will work together with the team, sharing ideas until a solution is found;
- A reasonable level of physical fitness and a preference for working outdoors, and;
- A proven track record - others will regard you as a reliable and dependable member of the team

While not essential, any on-the-job experience or qualifications in Excavators Tickets or VEDN Training will be highly regarded.
