Momentum Pools specialises in the complete design and construction of concrete swimming pools. We cater to both residential and commercial clients, delivering high-end, custom-built projects.

As an apprentice at Momentum Pools, you'll support experienced tradespeople in building premium pools and landscaped environments. This hands-on apprenticeship will give you the skills and knowledge to become a qualified tradesperson in the landscape and construction industry.

Through this Landscape and Construction Apprenticeship, you'll gain valuable experience in:

• Site planning and preparation
• Use of various construction materials
• Operating machinery such as excavators
• Paving, tiling, steel fixing, and plumbing
• Equipment installation
• Working to safety, environmental and quality standards

We emphasise safety, sustainability, quality, and industry best practices in everything we do.

We are currently seeking both Junior and Adult Apprentices. To be considered, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Hold a current driver's licence
• Have a reliable motor vehicle
• Be capable of working independently or within a team
• Ideally reside in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs, where most of our projects are located

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (40 hours/week, including paid lunch break)

• Pay:

• Adult Apprentices: $25 – $27.50 per hour (above award)

• Apprentices recommencing with experience may qualify for higher rates
• All apprentices (including under 18) are paid at mature-age rates
• Overtime paid at time and a half for work beyond 40 hours

• Perks:

• All tools, uniform, and PPE provided

• Supplement payments available to assist with trade school fees
• EBA rates apply on applicable job sites (approx. 50% of work)
• Electronic time tracking system used
• Attend trade school one day per week
• Fast-tracked completion available for the right candidate (3 years instead of 4)
