About the role

Reporting to our Area Manager, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an **enthusiastic Retail Store Manager** to join us at our Campbellfield Storelocated on Rex Road Campbellfield (parking available)

Some of your responsibilities but not limited to:

- Management of stock and visual merchandising of the store.
- Have had exposure with managing budgets and generating efficient rosters.
- Drive a culture of high performers to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
- Exceptional service and strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Create a safe working environment for your team and customers.

Skills and experience
- Previous management experience preferably in retail apparel.
- General knowledge of computers and a good understanding of Microsoft office.
- Experience in developing and coaching a team.
- Previous merchandising experience an advantage, but not essential

NB. A Working With Children Check and undergoing a Police Check are conditions of employment with PSW Pty Ltd.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year
