Membership Consultant

No Experience in Sales or Customer Service Necessary

Our Membership Consultants (MC) are integral to the success of all our Fitness First Clubs. Our MC's help people put themselves FIRST by prioritizing their health and wellness goals. We have an exciting opportunity at our Fitness First Park St club.

Membership Consultants are the key drivers in our club's success. Theypromote our products and live and breath the business's core values. They proactively seek out new members to join Fitness First by highlighting why it's the best place to train and achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

- Generate new members by actively creating leads, following them up and converting them into new Fitness First members
- Remain actively engaged with new and existing members to seek membership referrals
- Build rapport with prospective members to identify their needs and demonstrate how the facilities and offerings at Fitness First can help them to achieve their health and fitness goals
- Work as a team to successfully exceed the membership sales targets and KPI's by providing first-class customer experiences

**Salary**: $43,603.64 - $70,000.00 per year
